Assalaamu 'alaikum.

I remember when teaching at a local madrasah we used a Qur`aan tree for the girls. It's a tree which has three huge branches for the last three juz of the Qur`aan and each branch had the name of sooraat in that juz. When a soorah had been memorised the name of it would be coloured in.

It was a great visual way to see how much had been memorised mashaa`Allaah and I even used one for myself! **smiles**

This, however, is a great idea mashaa`Allaah.
